Washed

The fruit comes off before the coffee dries.

Washing removes the fruit before drying, which tends to leave a cleaner, more transparent cup. SL28 / SL34 / Ruiru 11 make up this lot.

Plum Season is darker-fruited and more structured. Cane Light is brighter, more floral, and more citrus-led.

Coffee for the stillness of early light.
