Washed

The fruit comes off before the coffee dries.

Washing removes the fruit before drying, which tends to leave a cleaner, more transparent cup. Ethiopian landrace selections make up this lot.

Jasmine Air is floral, tea-like, and lighter. Blue Hour is fruit-driven, rounder, and deeper.
