Natural

The seed dries inside the whole fruit.

Natural processing dries the seed inside the cherry before hulling. It changes the drying conditions; it does not dictate one flavour. Ethiopian landrace selections make up this lot.

Blue Hour is fruit-driven, rounder, and deeper. Jasmine Air is floral, tea-like, and lighter.
